This is a short theory, and just something i thought up from a recent thread.

Ok ok. As we all know Hashirama's group was also 3 right? Hashi/Tobi/Toka.

The main 3 of the Senju:

Now taking that in case.. Notice how Sakura was originally a genjutsu type. And was actually good in determining it.
And then notice how Toka was reknown for her genjutsu around the world during Hashirama's time.

See where i'm going with this?

But yea point being Sakura possibly might be a descendant of Toka Senju. =D What do you guys think?

One question. Who the heck is toka senju? I'm guessing the
Chick beside hashirama but i don't see the resemblance.

Impossible. Hashirama's SM is probably something only he is allowed to get, not even the SO6P (he already had the rinnegan X_X).

Or she could be related to Toka? hence would explain why the Hurono clan has the Sage mode symbol of Hashirama

Kishi doesn't take part in making fillers...

He may not write the story line but im sure they have some inspirattion from him about characters. Didn't the Jin of the slug tailed beast appear in that filler arc first and then shown in the manga? I'm unsure

Also I am sure he would use Sakura's parents if he had to in the manga as they have appeared in the filler and the movie to avoid contradiction. The filler makers have boundaries they can/cannot cross. They can't make up characters that may mess up what kishimoto has had in store. Example if he were planning to reveal Sakura's parents to be some other people who are important or w/e
