Sakura and Sasuke do not have a abusive relationship...
In manga and anime there are so many cases where friends turn evil and try to kill other friends. It’s the same with lovers and family members. It’s not indicative of any abuse or life like experience. It’s just part of the conflict and it is an unrealistic troupe. Anyway, the incidents happened before their relationship had started so the technically not an abusive relationship.

If I personally wanted to look for problematic relationships and abuse by comparing real life to manga 100% of my anime and manga would have fit this criteria. I personally believe in understanding the context of a series before I compare it to real life, anyway why would you look through an anime about ninja and supernatural abilities for realistic comparisons. Even when Sakura was getting attacked by a mentally unstable Sasuke, you guys actually defended the one who was doing the damage. Just goes to show you're pathetic obsession with degrading females unless they provide fan-service or are gods...

Leaving your family alone without ever contacting for almost 10 years is nothing but a mental abuse. And all that time Sasuke stayed in contact with Naruto.

Why did he leave for 10 years though? He didn't just defect from the village because he didn't want to be there or be anywhere else, he (along with Naruto & the other kages) felt it necessary to keep it extremely secretive.

I know Sasuke isn't the showy, romantic guy that walked the planet. And I try my hardest to understand him with the going away and his redeeming plot. I just can't help but to think they made Sasuke stay away to create a conflict about Sarada and it seemed forced, hell it even gives SS the bad reputation it already had.

But I do agree with you. SS isn't abusive. It is just a derogatory to those who didn't quite get the whole point of SS. But let's admit that SS could have been better.

PS. We have a Sticky for this, before this explodes if it'll/
