I think Sakura is still addicted to Sasuke. But the pregnancy of Karin did hurt Sakura on a new level.

Realizing her Boy of Dreams has a kid with another hoe did hurt her on a mental level. So now it's a Illness.

Maybe Sasuke wanted Sakura to take care of Salad, but he never told her to lie to salad beeing salads mum.

Sakura is creating an ILLUSION she likes, to forget the pain beeing forever alone. With Sarada destroying the Illusion of Sakura, she became K.Od


It's a illness even people in RL have. They believe their own lies. She Takes photos of Sasuke and Karin and put herself in over Karin.


Sakura really needs help, poor girl!
