Quite frankly speaking Kimmimaro can solo Sakura mid-high diff. I'm up for debating that if anybody wants.

@genii i did not say lee harmed his bones but his ribcage moved my centimeters.
Also Gaar could react, made handeseal and prepared sand clouds for 2 while bone forrest was right up his nose. Lee could react juubi's jin's gudoudama he would easily react the bone forrest, jump high with sakura in gates state, Sakura summons Katsuyu and they land on slug.

Both teams have 2 main points:
-taijutsu
-medical ninjutsu

Sakura and Lee outclass them both in their respective fields. That simple.

I'd put him at mid-high Jounin, maybe low Kage level if he's sick. If he's healthy and has intent to kill from the start, Low Kage level definitely.

I agree, sick Kimimaro is mid-high jounin and healthy is elite jounin-low Kage.

Not to underrate Sakura, but we've seen how straightforward her attacks are and how easily that style of fighting is countered. While she has immense strength and some intelligence, she's a hot head like Tsunade and her skin can be penetrated. The moment she charges at Kimimaro, he side-steps and precedes to stab. We've this done multiple times with multiple characters. She's hasn't shown great reaction speed to redirect her body to defend an unpredicted attack. The only thing that could possibly save her in the situation would be Lee.

Sakura > Tsuande? Tsuande clearly said Kabuto exceeds her in her prime (strength and senses). If Tsuande took note of this, how is it any different for Sakura exactly? At least in making a statement that Sakura outclass both Kabuto and Kimimaro in med/taijutsu.

Lee doesn't necessarily outclass Kimiamro in taijutsu, with the assistance of Gates, his abilities are enhanced. He Himself does not outclass another taijutsu specialist

I said, the ONLY way she'll survive such an encounter is with the assistance of another. So, for someone stating team #2 is outclassed yet wouldn't be able to stand their ground individually is quite...interesting. Kimimaro has shown the ability to attack and fpdefend simintaniously. While it wouldn't be easy, combating with Lee, as Sakura approaches he can surely use bone bullets. Also, note he directs those to the skull as shown in his fight against Garrra.

But back to what I said, if she was to approach and Lee was busy with Kabuto how would she handle the situation I described above? If you can explain that, I'll actually consider team #1 taking the fight

I mentioned the fact the Kabuto's senses and strength exceeds a prime Tsuande, not his medical skillset. Sakura healing an army is impressive given the situation, but that's something all medical specialist are expected to do. Kabuto obviously wasn't given that scan time, but considering what he displayed it's not unimaginable. You referred to them both outclassing Kimimaro and Lee in both respective. If that's not what you ment, ok.

Base Lee does not outclass Kimimaro. The use of Gates is simply an ability enhancement. Even Kakashi can open a Gate.
