Kiba would probably win sakura w/o Katsuyu or Hinata's aid. He'd be too fast for her, and could easily decapitate her or split her body in to with 3-headed tail chasers, which were fast enough to tare through multiple Juubi clones all at once.
Unless you're referring to her "soloing" with the aid of Katsuyu, I'd have to disagree. Kiba, with his slicing attacks, would make for a mean match up for Sakura, given that his attacks essentially render her healing useless... Of course is also significantly higher than Sakura's, and with Sakura's poor reflexes [in comparison], I doubt she'd be able to avoid his attacks completly.
And that's just Kiba alone.
Adding Shino's ability to drain chakra with his bugs, to fly with his summon, to eat flesh after making contact, and his intelligence [which has been displayed in his fights with Zaku and Kankuro], Sakura would never be able to take the two out on her own.

Both are threat-less; neither of them are capable of countering continuous landscaping punches, or withhold any notable speed feats suggesting they aren't wrecked as soon as Sakura rushes them.
At 30 meters, nothing in Kiba or Shino's arsenal is stopping
Sakura wins by herself, and it isn't even close.

Continuous landscape punches? Where'd this fanfiction come from ? If she were to punch the ground once or twice, it would become too compacted to cause any more significant damage. Not to mention that thing has never killed anything, not even the mindless Juubi clones that were sent flying. Kiba and Shino? They can use chakra to stand.
Shino, perhaps, but Sakura blitzing Kiba is a pathetic and horrible joke. Never do that again. Kiba is at least double her speed.
There's no need to stop it when Kiba can rip through it, assuming that thing is any trouble to begin with, as I said above. And the resulting dust cloud would leave her open for an attack from Kiba or Shino.

Juubi clone durability is irrelevant and the first punch wasn't the lethal one; the one that followed was and it absolutely obliterated the single clone and most of the clones surrounding it. Also, sticking to the surface doesn't stop the surface from moving as it normally would. Have fun being rubble ornaments Lol

Lmaooo really? No feat against bugs. Sakura movements are so powerful his bug won't even be able to touch her and will probably die upon the impacts if her vortexes
