The reason why the dust trail picked up was because the Juubi clone got sent flying at massive speeds due to the force behind Sakura's punch which itself is unfathomable.

Someone is going to bring up the tsunade saved shikamaru argument. First off the reason why sakura couldn't save shikamaru was because all his chakra was drained from him and he needed a lot of chakra in him to survive. The problem is sakura was able to save him.

She could send him the chakra he needed through katsuyu as a medium but her parts died. Sakura couldn't transfer the amount of chakra he needed at once. She coukd with katsuyu but with her own chakra transfer it's not strong enough. And when he got the kuyubi chakra (which is powerfull) he started to regain consciousness.

And when tsunade tap his forehead she gave him chakra in his face because his face was still kinda drained.

( think about tsunade and karin. When tsunade was old and wrinkled up she received chakra from karin and her youthful look came back. - Sakura is inferior to Tsunade in healing.
