Sakura (being Tsunade's student) has access to techniques that enable her to withstand wear, pressure or damage (Durability). Meaning abrasions (small or fatal), burns even impalement aren't enough to delay Sakura. In simpler terms these abilities make it difficult for her to be killed in battle which brings me to the rhombus located on Sakura's forehead, The Byakugou seal..

The Byakugo Seal Gives Saukra Admission To Preform:

1. The Yin Seal: Release, which opens the seal and navigates her stored chakra back into her body.

2. Mitotic Regeneration, channels the released chakra through the body's cell division forcibly stimulating proteins, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. Returning the body to it's original uninjured state.

So far Sakura has only released her seal with Tsunade to summon 1/10 of Katsuyu's body from the Shikkotsu Forest so it's safe to assume that Mitotic Regeneration wouldn't be unreachable for Sakura.

Strength of a Hundred Technique - enhanced regeneration, the Strength of a Hundred Technique has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any wounds sustained without the need of hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process as long as she has chakra left. Madara Uchiha deemed this jutsu similar to Hashirama Senju's.

I feel like she's really weak right now. I highly doubt that madara will kill her though. I think all he is after is Obito's eyes and he could not care less about Sakura being there. I feel like all he'll do is like toss sakura aside....

Madara has the power of the Sage that negates all Ninjutsu. Medical Ninjutsu isn't Senjutsu and if Sakura is stabbed by Madara's rod, like the Edo Hokage, her healing would be negated. Sakura explained herself that she stored energy behind her forehead for the seal, meaning it's just ordinary chakra that is stored then released when needed. If Sakura is stabbed, she won't be able to heal, Obito will die and Madara will reclaim his Rinnegan.
