If Sakura punches the ground with CES and Ay does the same, Sakura will do more damage. CES can only be applied to punches and kicks. Ay would be able to lift way more weight at a gym than Sakura, that's for sure.

As for Tsunade, she has more physical strength than either of them, especially Sakura. Sakura is all CES.

From the looks of the hitting power sakura > Tsunade > A.
But In terms of speed A > Tsunade > sakura.

With that kind of strength sakura still can't beat A in arm wrestling match. Because A is much faster then sakura.
In a fight sakura can't even see him.

Speed and strength are both important, though. And this is just about pure strength with no speed involved
