Sakumo learns to harnass lightning.

I appear in the training grounds awaiting my sensei, meditating.

The wind is fierce,the tops of trees shaken and ruffled, the sound of leaves blowing wispfully around the surronding area, it gives him strenght.He feels it and he feels the power of energy. he is ready and determined. With quick force his eyes pop open and in a blink of an eye he stands up and outstreatchs his tanto blade. The leaves sliced into havles desend to the ground and his master appears.

OK so tell me in full detail what lightning element is

Elemental lightning is the sudden discharge of electrons into the earth. It does this by having the negitively charged ions hit/react with the earths crust which is postively charged.
Naruto lighting justu's use that power and energy to attack cause symtoms such as; numbness.sevre burns etc etc.
Lightning is the most destructive element, thus controling it makes the user able to deal devastating blows
