sakumo and hanzo underated

There not underrated.They are powerful and the scope of their power and where they rank in the top tier is not straight out mentioned in the manga but hinted subtley.The people calling them weak are fan boys and idiots who no thing about them and then somehow seem to know where they rank anyhow.

Realistically speaking if hanzo dubbed oro,tsunade and jiraiya sannin for merely surviving a skirmish that should hint at how strong he actually is.So in my opinion he should be at least in the top 15.Lack of appearance does not correlate to lack of strength yet somehow people do this anyway how they come this understanding is beyond me.
