OT: The baby would be one powerful girl though assuming they have Lee's Gates, and Sakura Chakra Control and Intelligence, they would easily surpass Guy, Tsunade, and Sakura and Lee. It would be too power, speed and Strength it is like a Sage mode + healing itself, it would be invincible and overpowered
