As a reminder Sakon and Ukon have a KKG which allows them to merge bodies and share power while one remains dormant inside.

It wouldn't work because that way. It's not the same as Yamato having Hashirama's DNA, for all we know Yamato could be descended from the Senju clan and that's why he survived. Besides who would want that KKG anyway it's kinda creepy and you never get any alone time. Imagine going on a date knowing your twin is also there, awkward..
