Background Info.
History: sakkuren was born on the hidden village of leaf. her mother and father left her and her sister alone and they got into an orphanage and and as children day got adopted by different people and got separated from each other.
years after she decided to become a shinobi so she did and after a while the village gave her a post under a certain man danzo shimura.
during that time she got a mission to kill someone,someone called tier harribel.
so she went to kill her but during gathering information for the mission she found out about tier harribels past and realized that she is her sister so she ran away from the village without telling her sister about the truth that they are sister .
after a while she came back to the village and found and got to danzos hide out to see what have changed during that time but instead of that she saw her sister die before her eyes .
she got so depressed cause she couldn't tell her sister who she was so she decided to kill danzo but the time she got back to the village she found out that danzo was already dead as the result she lived a life full of regrets
after a while she decided to get a new life but cause she had ran away from the village she was known as a criminal so with some help from some reliable sources she got a new look and a new identity so now she is leaving in the hidden rain as a shinobi and never got back to hidden leaf cause she was afraid to get caught

You only have one name. In the Element section: Name one you would like to learn first such as Katon (Fire), Doton (Earth), Suiton (Water), Raiton (Lightening), or Fuuton (Wind). You know the basics of Ninjutsu and obtain them Auto; as well as Taijutsu. You would find them in the RP Forum of Narutobase Jutsu in the E-rank Tab of each Art. Also, add a picture.

Your history is also incorrect as you was born in Konohagakure. You would also be going to the Amegakure after the incident with Danzou and your sister; so your Village of Alliance would be Amegakure. She would be starting a New life and not an old one because she change her identity. It is either that or I am way confuse, but it needs to be explainable and readable for your Bio to have a higher chance of being Approved. Example:

....Birth: Konohagakure
.... Alliance: Amegakure

However, if you would like to be in Konohagakure, than change your history to fit your Village status. Finally, your Bio would be Approved within at least 1 week to a month at best. A couple of days if your lucky.

Description: This is a training method used to gain the basic skills of chakra control. This training involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a tree without using one's hands.
