Basic Information ⦿ Name: Saizō "Kirigakure" Uchiha ⦿ Nickname: Brave of Light ⦿ Gender: Male ⦿ Age: 19 ⦿ Clan: Uchiha Village Information ⦿ Village of Birth: Konohagakure ⦿ Village of Alliance: Kirigakure | Appearance Saizō is a lean, well-built young man of average height with fair-skin, dark blue eyes, and black-colored hair with a blue tint. His hair is hung over much of his face as incredibly long bangs. His bangs are parted down the centre of his face to frame both sides of it, as well as a central bang that goes down to his nose. Saizō dons a high collared black shawl-like cloak with a white bordered. A single black cloth of the same material as the cloak is buttoned to the corners of the shawl, "closing" it around him. While the collar of the cloak is high, reaching up to Saizō's chin, the bottom of the cloak only goes to below his solar plexus and the each side reaches midway between his shoulder and elbows. Below this cloak, he wears a long, white bordered, black flap-like cloth that only goes down his front and backside. The bottom corners of the flaps have circular openings that are tied with two thin sashes that connect the front and back flap. His shirt is a tight-fitted sleeveless black turtle-neck. His pants are moderately baggy, but tightly held around his waist and below his knees where the pant legs stop. He has long grey socks and standard shinobi sandals that he wears with them. Bandages are seen wrapped on both of Saizō's arms, from his wrist to right before his elbow. He wears a thick bracelet on his left wrist and a dark glove on his right hand. His belt acts as a holder for his Mari-Blade. The scabbard of the blade rests on the back side of Saizō's waist. The hilt of the blade points to his left with a slight upward raise. At times of rest, the position of the sword's hilt actually lets Saizō lean his on it, relaxing his arm. Personality Though Saizō may appear uninterested to strangers, he is actually a very easy-going, endearing and caring man. He hides this side of him to everyone other than his friends though and innocent bystanders. This sort of first impression gives him time to determine the value of each new person he interacts with and deciding if he can open up to them. As per his Uchiha lineage, he possesses an incredibly loving heart, and shows this as he deeply cares for his comrades. However, his time as a shinobi has led him to understand that he must make hard decisions. Saizō is also an incredibly respectful individual. While he may show disdain for others, he maintains a strong sense of honor and pride. While this is the usual case, it is not uncommon for him to throw away both his honor and pride when necessary. As a result of his losses, he has a general distrust of the loyalty of the relationship between a lord and a vassal. This is the reason why he doesn't serve any lord. He finds that a relationship between an individual of a higher caliber and one of a lower often leads to disdain. While he himself is respectful with those of lesser, equal, or greater skill than him and tries to maintain a healthy relationship between both sides, he finds it hard to believe that others may do the same. |

Earth Mastery After his training, Saizō became well versed in Earth Release jutsus. After such time, he realized that he had a natural affinity towards Earth Release, which was unique from his clan. Seeing this as an opportunity to stand out from his clan, Saizō developed his skills to a point where he only needs a single handseal to perform all Earth Release jutsus. Fire Proficiency Befitting his Uchiha lineage, Saizō was naturally inclined towards the Fire Element. From a young age, he was trained to harness his skill in the field. Despite his natural prodigiousness in the field, Saizō does not really enjoy the use of the element, but is definitely willing to use it if it is the best option in battle. He has proven to be extremely powerful in Fire Release jutsus, being able to perform all Fire Release jutsus that require handseals at a much faster rate. Strong Fist As an Uchiha with the Sharingan, Saizō is able to easily partake in Taijutsu based combat. His reaction time allows him to keep up with even the fastest of ninjas, and the precognitive abilities of the Dojutsu allows him to preemptively strike his opponents. This coupled with Saizō's natural attraction to Taijutsu has made him a fierce individual when in hand-to-hand combat. As a result of his training, Saizō's was able to specialize in Taijutsu and perform unique techniques, like the Leaf Dragon God technique. Sword Arts Saizō's love for close combat goes beyond Strong Fist. As part of Saizō's respect for Kirigakure and the Seven Ninja Swordsmen, Saizo focused his skills in the way of the sword. He enjoys using the sword, as he describes the blade as an extension of his own body. His Mari-Blade is just one representation of his enjoyment for the art. After much practice and training, he has since become a master of the sword and utilizes his Mari-Blade whenever he gets a chance. Maned Wolves During his travels, Saizō went to great lengths to search for a contract he could truly be attached to. His time would lead him to a fellow Uchiha clansmen of his, Shayde. Shayde was the owner of the Maned Wolf contract, a unique contract that was tied a group of canine beasts, each with an incredibly unique and diverse abilities. Saizō's fascination with the contract led him to work hard together with the summons and become a specialist in the Maned Wolf Contract. M. Wolf Summoning Art: Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
Type: Supplementary/Offensive (Summoning)
Rank: C Range: Short Chakra Cost: 15 Damage Points: 30 Description: The user performs the Summoning Jutsu, either through Hand Seals, their Summoning Tattoo or their Summoning Scroll, and slams their hand into the ground in order to summon a pair of "regular" Maned Wolf Summoning Animals, with no special qualities of their own. These wolves have pitch black fur and specialize in stealth and close quarters, and they have maximized their potential in this field by mimicking the properties of the "Shadow Shuriken Technique". By "hiding" in the users shadow, they completely blend into it, only being exposed when a form of bright light affects the area around the user, such as the kind created by a flash bomb, or a Fire Release Jutsu within close enough proximity to affect the user's shadow. These wolves remain concealed within the user's shadow until the user enters striking distance of the opponent, which is when the wolves take action. With every offensive Taijutsu action, the wolves remain hidden within the shadow of the users attack, and perform their own attacks, either chomping the target with their jaws, or swiping at the opponent with their paws. With their Summoner leading the charge, the wolves attack from the shadows, attempting to ensure their summoner's victory through unforeseen, simultaneous physical attacks. The wolves remain in combat until they are either disbanded by the user, or dispatched by an enemies counter-attack. Note: Lasts up to 6 turns Note: Can only be used once per battle/event Note: Having this Jutsu active from the start of a battle/event counts as it's one usage. Note: Requires M. Wolf CSC, and biographies that specialize in the M. Wolf CSC can apply this Jutsu to their Biography, allowing it to be active from the start of a battle/event | Rank & Chakra Information Ninja Rank Rank ⇀ Sage (Unofficial) Chakra ⇀ 1,800 Health ⇀ 1,800 Specialties Primary Release ⇀ Doton Secondary Release ⇀ Katon Primary Art ⇀ Taijutsu Secondary Art ⇀ Kenjutsu Summoning ⇀ Maned Wolves Elements 火 Katon ⇀ Completed 風 Fūton ⇀ Completed 雷 Raiton ⇀ Completed 土 Doton ⇀ Completed 水 Suiton ⇀ Completed Ninjutsu 忍 Ninjutsu ⇀ Completed 幻 Genjutsu ⇀ Completed 体 Taijutsu ⇀ Completed 剣 Kenjutsu ⇀ Completed 煙 Smoke Nin ⇀ Completed 写 Sharingan ⇀ 3 Tomoe 輪 Sharingan Gen ⇀ Completed Summons 狼 Maned Wolves — 契 Contract ⇀ Signed — 喚 Summons ⇀ Completed — 法 Arts ⇀ Completed え Rays — 契 Contract ⇀ Signed — 喚 Summons ⇀ In Progress — 法 Arts ⇀ In Progress Other 関 Customs ⇀ [

| "I just move amongst the darkness... I've never seen the light." History Saizō was born within the respected Uchiha clan and resided amongst his fellow companions. For the next few years that followed, Saizō grew up admiring the many incredible shinobis, especially looking up to those of his clan. After quite awhile, Saizō realized his dream of becoming an incredibly strong ninja that would be known throughout the lands. Following his dreams, Saizō soon joined the academy and entered the road to shinobi. His quest went through many struggles though. Different situations were placed in front of Saizō that made his journey much more serious than he'd originally think it would be. One that stood out the most was the overwhelming indication that the Uchiha were being more closely looked at with disdain. Without truly realizing it, he was beginning to understand the struggles of shinobi. During his time in the academy, Saizō had become friends with several other aspiring, as well as forming a rivalry against one particular shinobi, Chitose Hyūga. The two naturally shared a rivalry, each trying to prove that their own respective Dōjutsu was superior. At each passing moment, the two would challenge one another. Over time, the two had grown into incredibly powerful shinobi, graduating at an early age, as well as becoming the strongest of friends. To their amusement, the two were placed together within a squad as Genin. Seeing this as an opportunity, Saizō made a promise to himself to grow stronger to protect his friends, especially Chitose. At each passing moment, the two would one-up each other. Eventually, the two of them reached the chunin rank by the age of 11. It was at this time that where he reached his lowest point. During a mission, Saizō traveled to The Hidden Mist Village with his squad. His travels were not easy by any means though. His squad was intercepted by the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist (NB Version). Throughout the entire brawl, Saizō was so enamored by the skills they displayed. However, this was short-lived, as his fellow teammate had fallen in battle. In the midst of battle, Chitose had been incapacitated and on the brink of death. At the last possible moment, Saizō's Sharingan was activated. Although unfamiliar with his new powers, his powers did significantly change the course of the battle. Despite this, no finishing blow could be made to either side, and Saizō and Chitose's squad was left to retreat. |
Luck was not on Saizō's side. He had barely escaped with his life, and was struggling to return to the village with his squad, with both him and Chitose carrying his teammate's dead body along the way. Upon passing the village gates, the two of them would faint from exhaustion. His fellow Konoha-Nin had quickly noticed and sent him to the hospital. Upon waking up, he was showered with concerned faces of his peers. While he was gone, the historical event had occurred. No one could bear to tell the news to Saizo. Believing the news would be best if given to by his friend, the group revealed to Chitose that the Uchiha Massacre had just occurred, though they left the part of Itachi Uchiha being responsible. Stunned, Chitose was left with unaware with what to do. Knowing something was wrong, he planned to find out what had happened. During the night, when the two were alone in their hospital room, Saizo demanded to know the truth. With a heavy sigh, Chitose explained what was told to him. A moment after explaining, Saizo escaped from the hospital and returned straight back to his home at the Uchiha district. Little did he know that he would arrive at a ghost town. He could immediately detect the lack of members, and his worst nightmares became reality as he saw the blood stains, making him realize what had happened. He trembled in his own home, scarred by the sight of the blood stains on the wall. The grief was too great from his loss, and his Sharingan had instantly matured to it's full 3 Tomoe Stage. Anger coursed through his veins and he demanded answers. He could not blame anyone but the village. He began to notice the disdain the rest of the village had towards the Uchiha Clan. The village must've targeted the clan and now Saizō was a survivor. His hatred for the village had made him seek revenge. It was at this moment that Chitose had arrived, concerned for his friend. When asked if there was anyway that he could help, Saizō simply yelled at him with his full fury. He was certain that the village had gone against his own village and wanted revenge. However, he wasn't a fool. He knew quite well that he could do nothing in his current state, and required more power. And with that idea in his mind, he revealed that he would leave the village in order to go stronger, not allowing anybody to get in his way. To his surprise, Chitose accepted what Saizō had said. Chitose then revealed that he could see Saizō's point of view and the negative perception the village had on the Uchiha clan, one perception that he did not share. All that he made clear was that he must consider the option that something else happened. After an argument, Saizo agreed to refrain from any actions until he had proof of what had actually happened. Though he made a vow that on this day, he could not stay within the village that would allow this to happen, regardless of who may have been responsible. With his new resolve, Saizō abandoned the village and made his way back to the place he had just barely survived, believing it to be a place of great power. Chitose reluctantly followed and the two officially were instated as Kiri-Nin. They immediately got to work and continued his training. One part of Saizō's training was improving his sword skills. He crafted his own sword, reminiscent of the Hidden Mist's Executioner's Blade, and named it the Mari-Blade. Throughout his time, Saizō continuously trained until he had mastered the basics alongside Chitose. As he spent time within the village, he came to remember his old feelings of trust. He had truly began to accept his fellow comrades, as they did him. He even adopted the village's name as his own. Upon reaching the age of 19, Saizō had become aware of the true answer of the Night of the Uchiha Massacre after the 4th Great Ninja World War. His time growing up had offered him new experiences and outlooks. He no longer harbored such extreme feelings, and he was at peace, alongside his best friend. |
