My OC Saiyon Chiyu also known by his moniker 'Poison Hands Chiyu'. Saiyon is an eleven year old medic-nin of the Hidden Mist Village who possess the rank of Chuunin; he would be Jonin if it weren't for his parents who don't want him going on missions that they consider are too dangerous.
As someone who possess such a fearsome reputation throughout the lands at such a tender age, Saiyon is in every sense of the word a prodigy.
Considered as an A-rank ninja, Saiyon uses his medical ninjutsu as well as his mastery of poisons to great effect in combat able to decimate entire battalions by himself.
Despite his age Saiyon is among a rare few considered candidates for the title of the next Mizukage.
