As Vegeta strikes towards his life force, suddenly it vanishes again. This again, I'd love to know what trickery this is he's using... Vegeta thinks as he scans around the area, preparing his doton chakra as he waits for any sign of Ace's life force, and slowly makes one seal, and as his life force re-appears long range behind him Vegeta completes his second seal, turning the area halfway thru mid range to long ranged from him 7 meter by 7 meter squared with Ace in the long range section into a chakra sucking 30 meter deep swamp that instantly forms, the chakra-infused mud ensnares Ace's body, making it almost impossible to recover his strength and escape from the swamp...

The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.
Constantly monitoring his opponents life force energy, Vegeta breaths in while making one seal and molding katon, and exhales 4 great fireballs, 2 meters apart grouped together in a pairs aimed 2 at long range, and 2 at mid range, set to cause severe, widespread damage to the top of the swamp area, exploderating the top few meters of the swamp...

As Ace's eyes pick up the chakra in the ground below him and sees that it isn't his, he realizes that Vegeta aims to use an attack meant for the ground. He gathers up his own chakra and, once the swamp appears, forms a single seal and releases a blast of water from his mouth. The powerful torrent sends water along the ground, causing a layer of water along the entire field almost instantly. At the same time, powerful waves lunge up as the water is spewed out, approaching Vegeta at high speeds and crashing into him, pushing him back and tossing him around. Along with this, Ace aims the water in front of him at a slight angle, causing the water to push upwards out of the swamp, and also backwards as it forms. The second the water hits Vegeta and tosses him back, Ace has the water form into a large orb that encases most of the battlefield, with both men inside. Due to the force that the waves would have hit him with, Vegeta's body would be too damaged to move properly, causing him to drown.

As Ace forms a seal and spews out the water Vegeta jumps in the while biting his thumb and pressing it into his palm, summoning Narley the narwhal to the field, standing on his head holding onto his horn they land on top the rushing crashing water, and Vegeta wills him to move towards Ace's life force (I'm guessing your underwater) which had moved towards Vegeta (at least if done how Kisame's clone rode it against team 10), Narley sends his chakra to the sky forming rain clouds, covering the field with rain as Vegeta pushes chakra to his feet, jumping up and dashing from rain drop to rain drop towards Ace, closing the gap between them quickly as Narley heads underwater a few meters towards him as well, horn first...

Hailing from north of the Hidden Moon country, Narley is midnight blue in color, and is nearly 40 years of age, the eldest and most powerful of the Narwhales. Narley is 6 meters in height and 8 meters long, and has a silver sharp, long, straight helical tusk which is an elongated upper left canine tooth short range in length, using it similar to a sword or spear, as well as a Y shaped tail that he can strike with in a whipping manner, doing major damage from his great strength. A Master at the element of Suiton, he can use water jutsu's up to S rank without the need for seals. He also has a blow hole on top of his head that he can spew water from, creating a rain like effect thru-out the field, or a small source of water for water jutsu's to be used (Only large enough for B rank and below).

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Description: After using a technique that causes rain to fall from the sky, the user will then push chakra to their feet and will be able to push off of the drops of water with their feet, tho they must be quick when doing so. This jutsu derives from a ninja's ability to walk on water no matter how thin or small the water source is so it does not require suiton chakra to perform, this is just a more intense version the requires fast reflexes and movement to accomplish.

Notes:
- The user can move freely on the water drops.
- Must know my "Jeet Kun Do" in order to perform this as it allows you to move a limb in the blink of an eye

As Vegeta rides his Narwhal, the water would enclose around them completing the orb. At the same time, Ace uses his chakra to propel himself through the water like a torpedo to the edge of the orb while also slightly concealing his movement and presence. Once he reaches the end, he exists the orb, facing it. Immediately, he places his hand on the orb and releasing lightning inside of it, making the water inside of the orb electrified. This electrocutes both Vegeta and his Narwhal while they are inside of the orb, moving.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

As Vegeta runs on the rain above the water, Narley is already spearheading towards the fleeing Ace, and sensing out his stronger life force in the midst of his water chakra and seeing him swimming, Vegeta, adding chakra to his movements giving him running speed similar to Lee without his leg weights and allowing the force of his blows to match his great speed, and easily closes the distance as he dashes moving his limbs in the blink of an eye towards Ace's location along the falling rain, as Ace desperately attempts to reach the end of his own orb before drowning in his own technique. Simultaneously, underwater Narley has already sent his stronger water chakra to below Ace as he swims, and suddenly it gushes upwards and he is sent skywards out the orb and thru the air as 8 water bullets shoot upwards piercing into him lifting him higher as they form a dragon of water that grabs him in it's jaws and heads downwards towards the orb, however, Vegeta is right there ready to strike moving his arms in a circular motion aiming to intercept the Ace's descent...

Description: The user after mastering "Jeet Kun Do" will add chakra to their movements, reinforcing every blow and every step they make. This making their impact of strikes match their speed. This also has a bonus effect on run speed with the user being able to move a single limb in the blink of an eye while being able to move their body in a fluid, relaxed like motion. This is basically the user adding chakra to the Jeet Kun Do style, increasing speed and force of impact on strikes to make the true abilities of the Jeet Kun Do style stand out. This gives the user the speed of Lee without weights in short range if the user has mastered Jeet Kun Do and Basic Taijutsu. This method is the heart of Jeet Kun Do and is what allows it to help create successful combo's.

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.
As Vegeta's swaying in circular motions with his arms accumulate wind currents that surrounds his fists/arms and is warped around his body he lunges Ace, and once in striking distance of him (which he already is) the wind currents begin form the body of a tiger which envelopes Vegeta resembling a tiger performing a pounce, as he performs the pounce he sends his right fist into the Ace's chest region with the wind currents that were around his fist being delivered, upon the strike with Ace receiving the majority of the wind currents from the Vegeta's fist, giving the strike greater impact from the center of wind's currents being delivered through the first initial strike. The impact of the strike itself and with the aided force of the wind currents crushes the bones in the center of Ace's chest where his fist strikes with enough force to crack the bone of their spine from the front. Ace, now unable to breath and in such immense pain he couldn't even think about molding chakra properly, is sent away 10 meters in a blast of wind chakra that cuts into him as he skids across the ground out the back side of his own orb, the wind Tiger and water Dragon clashing like Jeet Kun Do's namesake...
(Jie Quan Dao: Long Zheng Hu Dou) Jeet Kune Do: Dragons Clash With Tigers

Description: The final technique of Jeet Kune Do. To perform "Dragons Clash With Tigers" the user starts by activating "Movement of Water". The user will then get in range of the opponent by dashing at the opponent whilst releasing chakra to aid their strikes/movements as mentioned in Movement of water, moving their arms in circular/swaying patterns. The user moves their arms in such a way that their arms accumulate wind currents that surrounds their fists/arms and is warped around their body as the user runs and forms from the rapid repetitive chakra enhanced movement of the arms. The user will then jump, lunging at the target and once in striking distance of the target and the wind currents begin to form the body of a tiger which envelopes the user thus resembling a tiger performing a pounce, as they perform the pounce they will send their dominant fist into the opponent's chest region with the wind currents that were around their fist being delivered to the opponent upon the strike with them receiving the majority of the wind currents from the user's fist, thus giving the strike greater impact from the center of wind's currents being directed/delivered through the first initial strike. The opponent will then be sent away in a blast of wind that impacts the rest of their body on a much lesser scale, enough to send them away up to 10 meters. However, upon the strike the users wrist is damaged and must take one turn to recover.

- No taijutsu in the next turn as well as no A rank Wind jutsu and higher next turn.
- Reduces Movement of Water by one turn and when it wears off, user takes double restrictions, meaning no B rank taijutsu instead of "A rank" as stated in the movement of water restrictions.

As Ace feels the water around him violently changing, he stops moving. As the water suddenly starts pushing upwards towards him, he forms the Rat handseals and, as the water starts pushing him up like a geyser, releases a storm of wind from his palms. The wind explodes outwards suddenly, the force of which counteracts with the force of the geyser. Due to wind and water having no natural superiority one over the other, and the techniques being of equal rank, they cancel out with each other immediately. In the same instant immediately following the forces cancelling, Ace releases the orb, flooding the field with water and leaving the Narwhal on the ground. As the orb is released, Ace creates a Shadow Clone besides him that looks up at Vegeta, as he looks at the Narwhal.

As Vegeta senses the build up in his chakra, he knows Ace has stopped Narley's attack, and as the orb is dispersed two things occur at once...Vegeta makes 2 seals and claps his hands together molding his doton chakra as Narley spews out a heavy mist of chakra covering the field hindering Ace's sharingan from being able to see much. As this occurs, Vegeta has sent his earth chakra to the ground, and silently moves the swamp he created earlier towards Ace's life force, So as the mist covers the field the swamp would silently move at a decent speed towards the clone and Ace, as Narley creates water from the moisture in the air around the wrists, ankles, throats and a bubble around the heads of both Ace and his clone, using his chakra to restrict and tighten the water he was manipulating, choking them both, the clone poofing away as the grip tightens on Ace's throat and limbs, and the water around his head starts forcing its way down his nasal passages and into his mouth, pressuring the bubble trying to asphyxiate him as the swamp would reach him dragging him down to a merky hell...

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
(Doton: Kami no Chesu-Ban)- Earth Release: God's Chess Board

Description: The user performs the Boar→Bird hand seals then he clasps his hands together. The result of such is the user releasing his doton chakra all over the battlefield. Being earth related in nature this technique allows for the movement of massive earth structures. The chakra that was released through the ground shoots straight through the core taking the structure over via the user's chakra. Similar to a puppet master and his puppets the user and this technique have a similar relationship. The user an move techniques left, right, forward, backwards, and diagonal. The speed at which these structures are moving is dangerous and anything caught in the path of one of these structures is prone to damage. In order for this jutsu to be used the user must remain in contact with the ground. Once chakra is released this technique remains active for two turns and can be called upon again after releasing the hands through clasping the hands back together. This jutsu based on its rank can overpower the chakra of another in an earth based structure taking over that structure to use it how the user wants. This only applies for c rank and below opponent earth based techniques. For structures created by the user a rank and below can be moved. Movement of structures resembles a rook moving on a chess board, it simply slides. Sliding does not damage or shake the ground.

The user can create and control the water created up to mid range in distance. The amount of water created is enough to fill a small bath tub and only lasts for one turn. However this source of water isnt great enough to create S rank level water techniques.

- Must skip one turn before using again
- The water can only be controlled up to one turn
- Can only use water jutsu while controlling the water or until you release the water from your control

Due to the fact that Vegeta never returned to the ground from the raindrops, his earth technique fails and he simply wastes chakra. As Ace sees the whale start to release mist, he and the clone both perform techniques at the same time. Ace releases a massive blast of wind from his mouth that blows the mist away before it even reaches him and slams into the immobile whale. The jutsu kills the whale and makes it poof away. Simultaneously, Ace's clone launches dragon-shaped fireballs into the clouds above. The fire is not aimed at Vegeta.
