I don't think they will ever reveal it, unless Kishi does like a tell all databook after the series is over, other than that I doubt it, it just doesn't seem to have any significance, he's probably taken a liking to the Sai name considering it's what his friends know him by, and prior to that Danzo probably made it a point to not use his real name.
