Are the Six Tails and Katsuyu related b/c they both have similar traits in appearance.

Saiken was created by the Sage of the Six Paths, along with the other Tailed Beasts, and so is just a pile of living chakra really, it's only relations are the other beasts.

Plus, Katsuyu is probably far younger.
