Just because both jutsys are used by saiken doesn't mean their destructive ability is same. Feats clearly show this.

There is no feats that show this. Saiken can only use corrosive acid, and both liquid and gas yield the same results. If anything the fluids were a lot more impressive so it doesn't help your case.

Liquid burned hachibi hand in second just like amaterasu.True gyuki was screaming more from amaterasu but that is understandable because amaterasu was covering its whole body.

The corrosive acid was unable to completely burn that much chakra of the biju while the acid was unable to even lay a mark on Hachibi. So even if it was full body, Hachibi will still be there fine instead of retreating like he did against Amatersu.
