So think about it carefully, I will put out a small bio on both respective opponents abilities.
Zabuza: Known as the Demon of the Hidden Mist, 1 of the Legendary 7 Swordsman, a former ANBU and carries the one of the 7 Ninja swords known as the Decapitating Carving Knife and excels in the art of silent killing via his Hidden mist jutsu.
Releases: Water Style
Specialties: Hidden Mist Technique/ Blade's ability to Regenerate.
Memorable Feats: Killed all his classmates in the chunin exams, Mizukage assassination attempt.
Sai: Former member of the disbanded group ANBU: Root by the age of 15, master of the hidden technique: Super Beast Scroll, can use sealing jutsus.
Releases: Unknown
Specialties: Use of Summoning beasts via Ink/Flight.
Memorable Feats: Killed his brother to Graduate Root, Killed many High level Shinobi for Konoha, a Joinin from kiri was his last before joining Team 7.
Rules: No knowledge on each other, no interference, Intent to kill.
Restrictions: No Edo

Many people will say Zabuza rapes etc. But as I said really think about it, Sai has been underestimated a lot and which is why I pointed out their feats.
