Sai vs Utakata

This is Utakata without his tailed beast, so he's just a normal ninja.

They're 10 meters away, and they have to use Ninjutsu and Taijutsu to defeat each other.

Utakata is mostly filler though.

Utakata has no feats, but he is a skilled jinchuriki as far advanced we know and has TBB so he destroys.

Utakata without Tailed Beast may/might not win against Sai. Latter has sealing jutsus whereas Utakata has equally potent bubble jutsu which are more than just corrosive.

Sai can win if takes up beyond the range of the bubble.
