Sai Vs Neji

The youngest known fuinjutsu user, prized soldier of Root, the artist of Konoha VS Hyuga's natural genius. I give Sai, he's got explosive ink attacks as shown in the war when his team rained on Haku, Zabuza and the kekkei genkai users, he's fast as seen when he completely blitzed two former Akatsuki, Neji's stamina, I think, is equal to Itachi's, I dont think he can keep fighting for long since Hyuga attacks use pure chakra, and Sai can keep bombarding him with long range attacks from above tilll he gives out.
