and on the other hand NEJI with close range attacks with Byakugan.

Some how I think it would be Sai dont know why really cause I have to admit I prefer Neji over Sai any day but I just got this feeling that Neji would loose . Sai has so much experience fighting A rank level ninjas and is highly skilled in silent kills that he can be a perfect assassin that is extremely dangerous and sneaky. Danzo wont have send Sai with team 7 to get Saskue if he did not have the potential to fight him think about that for a change. Sai was chosen to capture Saskue right so that means he is strong bro
