Deidara, Sai is not anywhere near his level. Deidara can self-destruct and end a fight in a draw vs almost anyone, with a few exceptions such as Madara, Itachi, Sasuke, Nagato (?), Raikage and Minato (both can outspeed the explosion I suppose).

I don't care what people say self destructing is neither a win, or a draw. It a plain and simple loss. Guess what folks it a one time shot and so far he will forever be 0/1 in self destructing.

When there is a battle between X and Y and both kill eachother, then it is a draw. There is no Winner. Loss is what happens when either X or Y dies and the otherone survives. In order to even be able to win against Deidara, you need to be able to survive his self destruction or prevent it from going off. I named the people who are capable of surviving it, there might be some old Kage's or something that I didn't name.

Regardless, Sai not only isn't able to survive that explosion, he isn't even able to defeat Deidara.

Deidara, with low difficulty. Although we haven't seen Sai's true potential, I think we can safely assume that the beasts he draws are his main weapon. Root's sealing techniques won't defeat Deidara. Deidara can C3 and Sai will lose, or C4, its game over. Deidara could fight with C1 and still defeat Sai, but may take a bit longer

1. I never claimed that Suicide is victory.
2. I claimed Suicide, in Deidara's case his Self Destruction, is a draw if it manages to kill his opponent. Then I named the people who can either sruvive the explosion, or avoid it.
3. You should read more carefully before making comments.
4. I claimed that Deidara won't even need the Self Destruction to get a draw, because he can win vs Sai, no need for a draw.
