Sai versus Deidara

I know the answer is pretty obvious... but I'm just curious if by any chance Sai can win this...?

They both manuever very well in air and can launch mid-long range attacks.. thus, thought of making this thread coz they have similiraties but then the power says it all.

Calling Sai fanboys (if there are...)...

I guess Sai would have a chance if he could out maneuver Deidara long enough til Deidara ran out of clay......well idk about then even. Sai's ink doesnt really do a whole lot unless he makes that one drawing shown in the war and even then that one takes time to create and he'd have to keep Deidara busy long enough for him to draw it lol. No I don't think Sai would ever win unless he gets a good powerup tomorrow.

this would actually be a good fight..match-up wise.....you got art vs art....deidara is a MONSTER,but sai is versatile....but um...deidara would kill sai....but it would be a great fight to think about

Deidara would win easily!

Deidara's clay art explodes, while Sai's ink art has to attack you physically.
More raw power on Deidara's side and clay is more durable, it won't just splatter when hit like Sai's ink.

I just thought of this since Danzo put Sai where he is right now, so I assume he still have something on his sleeves that we may see...

Deidara pretty easily. the fight with Sai was influenced by plot and Deidara didn't even bother using much of his powers against the squad. Not only that, but it was a combined team effort so Deidara was distracted by Kankuro and Omoi which allowed Sai to exploit an opening to knock Diedara off his clay bird by using those clay beasts.

Sai doesn't have a counter for C4 or C3 so those two moves should be restricted. C1 and C2 can be evaded by flying on his ink bird but Deidara should have superior flight speed so he will have the advantage in manoeuvring. Sai can't defend against himself from multiple explosions with wide area of effect and his ink beasts can be destroyed pretty easily.
