contract seal wouldnt give minato control over them. orochimaru just wouldbe able to unsummon them

One problem, Edo Tensei can't be used to revive the first and second anymore because their souls were sealed by the Third Hokage.

Exactly. I worry about some people.

Sage mode Naruto beats Sai with little effort and then helps Minato out, a Rasenshuriken kills Oro. Hard diff for them though but that is only from Orochimaru not Sai as much as I like him.
