Yes, It actually makes me mad the only jutsu people seem to appreciate is the ocular jutsu (sharingan, rinnegan and occasionally byakugan) wood release, edo tensei, and tailed beasts jutsus, nobody likes the jutsu like super beast scroll D:

People like you tend to throw around the word "fodder". A "fodder" is someone who is just there to fill up space, no name, no background, just them at the moment. So calling Sai a fodder is an insult to all the work Kishi did to develop him as a character.

I tend to agree that Sai gets a bit underrated. His Ink jutsu has many applications and versatility. But ultimately Sai is just a weaker version of Deidara.
