Sage's strange decision

He was the 10 tails Jinchuriki and upon his death, he split them into 9. I was wondering, since he got two kids, why didnt he seal the 10 tails inside the younger son since he was the chosen one by the Sage?

Could it be because non of his son can handle the 10 tails?

Older son - not enough life force to deal with it.
Younger son - doesnt have the eyes to deal with it.

On a side note, Hinata looked really hot in her costume. (From today's anime)

Jesus, why do people believe Naruto will surpass Sage? He is suppos to be the younger son - and my theory is that the younger son lead the bijuus in the path, but then the Elder son killed him.

Sasuke is suppos to be the elder son. Naruto need the Rinnegan to be in his level

Naruto is, and will always be the 'body' of sage, not the eyes as well. Sage was both. Naruto needs Rinnegan to surpass/be on his level in the end, and that won't happen.

Someone like Rikudou need to come back somehow, and defeat the ten tails again. Deal with it, Naruto will never surpass Sage, never.
