Sage's sons made of Juubi Chakra?

Okay so I was just remembering how tailed beasts after death reincarnate instead of dying forever. This is nearly the same thing that happens with the Sage's sons and seeing as we don't see a mother for them I think it could be possible they were also created with Juubi chakra in a similar manner to the tailed beasts except they take human form.

It would also give way to theory that they were made with COAT and weren't actually "born".
