Sages Powerup was permanent

After the the hand markings reappeared on the sage, we see Sasuke in later pages and he still has his rinnegan. This means the seals weren't the powerup, they were part of it.

The way I saw it, the Seals on their hands were representative of the Chakra of the Sage. That chakra caused Sasukes Rinnegan to awaken right? So if that chakra is gone, does that mean the eyes are gone?

Eh, that wasn't my question. If the chakra that caused the eyes is gone, do the eyes go aswell is my question. The question you answered is, if the eyes are gone, do the dojutsu remain?

Nah, If I noticed correctly Sasuke's eye didn't switch to a 'regular' rinnegan. He probably maintained his tomoes.
If I'm right, then it could mean their inherited power are still at their disposal.

Theres the answer I expected, since you've come to the conclusion that once you get the eyes, their yours here is the real question. Will Kakashi keep his eyes which awoke due to Obito chakra?
