First of all, we now barely know that even though Madara failed to resurrect himself by controlling Obito’s chakra, he isn’t that much worried that he didn’t became the Jubi’s Jinchuriki. The latest chapter revealed that the reason why Madara wanted to fight Hashirama is to gain access to his Sennin powers necessarily to stop RS Obito.
Aside from the Hermit powers, Madara kept few secrets from Obito & this is the reason why he is so calm albeit of RS Obito's dominance.
As we see from the scan above, Madara knew that the Jubi Jinchuriki’s weakness is the Senjutsu powers. One important factor that RS Obito fall short to anticipate.
Also, Madara knew the exact time limit of when the flower will blossom. He further explained that even a little amount of Kyubi & Hachibi’s chakra wouldn’t be an issue as long as the trace amounts are in there.
It appears the real reason why Madara isn’t anxious of Obito’s God-like status is because of the greater knowledge he possessed over RS Obito.
