You could tell based on the shape and the features his Susano'o had, although he never created one the size of Madara's until obtaining Rikudou/Rinnegan stuff. Just compare Sasuke's Susano'o when he wraps it around Naruto's Bijuu Mode, to Madara's PS when he does the same against Hashirama.

They look alike. He definitely had it before.

If Danzo could get past Sasukes MS Susanoo with a B-Rank wind technique then Naruto's S-Rank Rasenshuriken will definitely get past as well.

For the PS argument you can get it with MS, but your eyes will lose it's light before that happens.

First time we've ever seen perfect susanoo was against the 5 Kage by Madara. He never used it against Hashirama in their fight. Sasuke (and Madara) both put their Susanoo on Kurama like an armour and the Databook calls it Majestic attire: Susanoo. Madara got Hashirama's cells which gave him the Rinnegan, then we see him use PS. Sasuke got a kyuubi chakra cloak + Senjutsu chakra from Jugo, which gave him the Majestic susanoo. When Hagoromo gave him his Yin half and he got the Rinnegan, that was the first time we see him use the Susanoo that Madara called Perfect Susanoo. When Kakashi got the MS power up (although a temporary one) his had Rikudo chakra, which gave him Perfect Susanoo. You need powerful chakra to get Perfect Susanoo. Lastly there's 2 different Databook entries one was called Majestic attire: Susanoo. The other was called Complete (literally full body) Susanoo.
