Hello, what's Sage Transformation about and why's this ability lowkey underused?
Nice to be training something niche for a change.

Heyo! Couldn't tell you why its underused, to be honest. It looks fun. But basically it is the kekkei genkai of whatever clan Jugo is from said to be unnamed. Probably extinct since we went the entirety of the series without ever seeing any ability like Jugo's from anyone other than Jugo. It allows the user to manipulate senjutsu but manifest it physically, outside of the normal sage jutsu you would see maybe Jiraiya or Naruto use. Physically, they boost their physically strength and mold and transform their bodies outside of what is normally able to be physically done. This ranged from extending weird, skin and bone like wings from their bodies to remolding and reshaping their humanoid form into that of like maybe a dog to make them run faster. I don't know if that is actually a thing but, just saying, they are capable of altering their bodies a heck of a lot. This is due to their constant, passive intake of senjutsu chakra, making their bodies different from that of a normal shinobi. I believe this is where Orochimaru developed the premise of his Cursed Mark techniques, from Jugo's blood/DNA. Which is why you see Curse Mark level 2, their bodies take on major transformations. Such as Sasuke growing wings and having black eyes or Jirobo looking like a strong, red-colored demon. As far as the RP goes, same rules apply. However, I believe Sage Transformation users are immune to normal genjutsu B rank and below. This is not counting visual genjutsu. Furthermore, the further into transforming you go, the more mad and insane the user may grow. This seems to be more cosmetic than applicable in battle but there's that.

Description: Sage Transformation is an ability wielded by Jūgo's clan, which increases their physical abilities and allows their bodies to perform various shape-shifting feats due to their innate ability to passively absorb natural energy. When Mitsuki activates it, he gains a cyan chakra shroud that forms into ethereal snakes around his body to aid in his attack range, and he grows out a single horn from his forehead. This ability allows him to manipulate the chakra snakes as if they were additional appendages of his body. It is a multifaceted ability that permits them to achieve feats ranging from creating various weapon-like appendages to altering their body structure, as well as a general increase in their physical capabilities. The transformation can be used countless times in battle and sustained while the user has enough chakra to do so. The damage the technique can produce is proportionate to the body part altered and the way it was altered. This technique enables the user to produce melee attacks or defenses through the alteration of his body. Unique to Mitsuki and his ability to use Sage Mode, this is capable of empowering his Sage Mode state at the cost of direct damage to himself, making the two unideal to combine yet still effective. This shows itself in a higher damage output and durability increase, both raising by 10. However, the user takes a direct 15 damage per turn and his passive healing abilities are unable to work until Sage Mode is ended.

The overall ST technique - allows you to shape shift your body into the aforementioned forms, similar to what Juugo does in the manga. Is there anything specific you'd like to point out about this technique?

Things I'd like to point out:

• due to their innate ability to passively absorb natural energy
• It is a multifaceted ability that permits them to achieve feats ranging from creating various weapon-like appendages to altering their body structure as well as a general increase in their physical capabilities
• the transformation can be used countless times in battle and sustained while the user has enough chakra to do so.

1. You are constantly absorbing natural energy. This leads me to believe that genjutsu of most sorts would render itself ineffective I guess up until rank A which is what this technique goes up to.
2. Shows how versatile the tech is by stating you are able to make not only weapon-like appendages but also altering your body structure as a whole as well as an increase in overall durability.
3. Shows that there is hardly a limit to this technique. Making it usable as the bread and butter of the KG. Just need the chakra to power it.
