Even if it was Sage of the six paths VS The shinobi world. He would still win. Creation of all things can create form from nothingness, even if he didn't have the Juubi in him he could create it and seal it in himself gaining it's extremely vast chakra reserves.

Loosely translated the Sage of the six paths is omnipotent. In other words a god.
