Sage of the six paths 2 Madara

Shouldn't madara be a full fletched sage of the six paths because he has the rinnegan and the body/chakra of the sage/juubi, with all the crazy ninshee and skills?
As my most concerning point! how the hell did might guy used him like a punching bag just like that, even if he can heal himself a 100%?
With al my respect to might guy but shouldn't it have an other outcome according to the difference in power?

Gai will die and Madara will fully recover, then he'll get stomped by Naruto and Sasuke.

considering that guy is 8th gate im not surprised and i dought madara is going all out. when naruto and sasuke come he will be at full strength
