It is no fanboying, because this is pretty much possible based on what we know about sage. Considering that rikudo blood is made of senjuu and uchiha. i will say it is pretty much possible.

You can't give a character with which you have no knowledge mythical stats. Now I think that the sage might have a perfect 40 just cuase lol I base it on nothing. I don't think it's possible to pass 5.

well honestly by using logic I could agree when we talk about: Nin, Gen, Tai, handseals, inteligence., yes i could agree most likely.
but this fiction, all rules laws were made by writter but are constantly changing.
that why everything is possible imo.
However I totally disagree about categories as speed, strength and stamina, why ?
because there are some characters who are much better in one category then other who have perfect 5. For example raikage will get 5 in speed then bm naruto could have higher imo. However kishi is clever snd tricky becausr databook stats dont include any extensions, special modes etc. just base stats, so it would work.
However let take for example juubi jin obito, could it be juubi jin obito base stats ?
Besides would you like for juubito to have same rate in speed as Raikage or in strength as Tsunade even if he is much faster and stronger. wouldnt you like more for obito to get higher stays being exceptional and all ? please answer this question

I think Jubi Obito gets a perfect 5 in the databook and I also think that Prim Hiruzen gets a perfect 5 in the databook, kishi needs to just redo the databook.

And while 5 or 6 years ago that may have been a little more true, its definitely hasnt been true of late. In fact he shows a propensity to throw out old established limitations or abilities whenever it suits the purposes of the story he wants to tell. So all this rambling about what Kishis going to do next or drawing up diagrams of what would be logical is kind of pointless. Go outside and have a jog or something.

Anyway I agree that Kishi is changing constantly already made rules to adjust them to needs of plot ;/, but It is fun to speculate about some character, so don't worry
