Hagoromo Otsutsuki is, as we all know, is very powerful. He might as well be the strongest character in NV (Or, #2 after Itachi.) But his full capabilities were never revealed. I'm going to try and break down what he can do using characters that have similar powers as him. DISCLAIMER: I'M PROBABLY GOING TO BE WRONG A LOT. DON'T BE OFFENDED :]

I. Rinnegan
Having the rinnegan gives the so6p several things. One, it allows him to utilize all nature transformations. Using his massive amount of chakra, creating massively scaled elemental ninjutsu (like

). This next one is obvious: The Six Paths. Shown to be extremely powerful techniques by Nagato and occasionally Madara, the so6p was most likely extremely proficient with the techniques, as his CT could reach the size of the moon. Using an ST that destroyed Konoha wouldn't have put the strain on him like it did on Nagato, for example. Another power gained from the rinnegan and nature transformations is the TSB. Now, here's the

for those who don't know what the TSB do, but they're one of the main reasons Juubito and Juudara were so OP. With their extreme versatility and offensive/defensive capabilities, the so6p would've been untouchable to just about everyone. I'm not going to go into Limbo, as I'm not sure if he'd have it, but it's a possibilityII. Basic Abilities
Being the host of the juubi, so6p's chakra would be almost immeasurable, allowing him to fight longer than most characters in the entire series. Naruto and Sasuke became top 5 material with just a portion of his power. With all of his ridiculously powerful tools (

) fighting even without ninjutsu would have put the so6p in the top ten list. He can also fly and (maybe) use s/tIII. Other
-Thanks to his third eye, the so6p had sharingan powers, which would give him extraordinary sensory powers (along with so6p mode)
-Black receiver rods to counteract anyone trying to do anything
- Creation of all Things: This is just insane, sending the so6p's powers through the roof. Using Yin/Yang chakra, he can create just about anything. I would love to know more about this jutsu, as it creates life from nothing
- Yin/Yang Chakra: Yin chakra would allow the so6p to empower his jutsu to extreme levels and an advanced version of the yang chakra that Naruto has would make so6p the best healer in NV
- Being a jinchuuriki would give the so6p all the powers that entitles, and Indra was seen using PS. Speculation: The so6p might have been able to use PS, and do what madara did and create a bijuu cloak and armor it.
