chapter 2: His Goal

*Junichi wakes up. He looks around and sees villagers*
Junichi: (looking around) W.. Where am I?
Villager#1: In your house, Junichi. Your house.
Villager#2: So, are you better now?
Junichi: (holding his head) Yeah.. I'm feeling all right.
Villager#3: Junichi...
Junichi: What is it Mr.(Villager#3)?
Villager#3: About your father...
Junichi: Oh!! Where is my dad?!
*Junichi jumps out of his bed. As he dash outside of the house, he sees his dad being carried away as a corpse*
(Junichi kneels right at the spot)
Junichi: (sobbing) My father... he...
Villager#3: Passed away. Unfortunately.
Villager#2: Back then, we heard a loud sound of explosion up on the hill, so we quickly headed there. When we arrived, you were lying unconscious and your dad had already pass away.
Villager#1: We found 3 dead body of armed outsider too. I guess you are the only survivor.
Junichi: ........
Villager#1: I wonder what happened back then, (peaks at Junichi) but I won't ask you.
Villager#3: But I do want to ask you one thing.
Junichi: (stilling sobbing) wh..what is it?
Villager#3: There is something wrong with your eyes.
Junichi: What do you mean?
(Villager#3 gets the mirror from Junichi's house.)
Villager#3: Take a look.
(Junichi stares into mirror)
Junichi: Wh... WHAT IS THIS?!!
*Junichi realizes that his eyes aren't the same as before*
Villager#3: Is there any problem with your vision?
Junichi: Uh... no. But what is this! It's so creepy!!
Villager#3: Then nevermind your eyes. You should be glad that you are even alive!
(Villager#3 pats Junichi's shoulder)
Villager#3: Shall we attend Ayumu's funeral then? We've prepared it already.
Junichi: ....(nod)
"Legend has it that young Sage of Six Paths cried over his father's death for 4 whole days before he found his calm again."
*Few days after funeral*
(In villager#3 house)
Junichi: Mr.Yoshitoki!! Teach me Martial art and Swordman ship!! Please!!

Junichi: After losing my dad, I came to realize...the pain of losing someone special. Since Our village is far from trouble, I've never considered the Pain other people feel from everyday of war before. I can feel that I can do this. I will train myself, and get stronger than any other.
