1) Knowing any technique and being able to use at any time(Honestly I doubt it)

2) Looking at enemy attack and create and use any technique to counter, fight at whim(Yes , most likely)

2) I only create logical threads based on the manga, trolling maybe once in month or even never
3) You can spell properly name of "Rikudou Sennin"
4) There is nothing like "Rinbo le ramen no jutsu" in the manga

Besides I am reffering to Pre Ten tails Host SOSP... NO Ten tails host SOSP or POST Ten tails host SOSP.

Obito only was able to do that AFTER BECOMING Ten tails host... so he is NOWHERE close to SOSP.

Do you believe that the sage get the rinnegan after becoming juuubi's jin or by birth because in case you think it's the former then you should ask yourself how he got the rinnegan to begin with. To be honest , I believe Sage of six paths awoken it himself before fighting Ten tails ...

But he didn't have it since his birth. It seems impossible for someone to awoken Rinnegan with normal eyes but who knows that is Sage of six paths we are talking about

Rinne Tensei can not bring you any harm or can not control your mind

You only need to counter technique which can harm/control your body or mind

True or use any technique to finish you at any moment. Noone could be safe in front of him unless he/she shoot him first before he react but this is close to impossible to happen
