I like most of the theories but what I believe about Uchicha gets the sharingan it's because Uchicha clan got a part of Juubi's DNA in them. Sharigan comes first from Juubi with 10 dots, and Uchicha gets Sharingan with 3 dots. Otherwords I believe that Uchicha is carrying Juubi's DNA.

So having a Bijuu inside you should somehow mix your DNA within you with the Bijuu's DNA, and because of all bijuus is parts of Juubi than all host of the bijuus get different effects. Etc Naruto can feel other people "evilness" in KM (Kyuubi/Kurama Mode) but also having a awesome body regeneration from both Sage of Six Paths and Kurama/Juubi's sides.
