Madara 1st to have the sage Eyes

Naruto has the image of chakra flowing in him

....I guess when Rikudo sennin Died
All his image went along with the juubi
I meant his chakra shaping form is sealed within the juubi as well and his blood divide into Senju & Uchiha

But his true power & chakra is seal with the juubi

In your opinion who has the greatest chakra form out of the Sage of six path

He is not the sage, Madara said that he is "like the sage". Meaning he is using nature chakra and likely can sense even the most minor actions among being crazy strong.
