I would have to say Naruto. His fighting style is perfect for sage mode, despite the inability to fuse with Ma and Pa. His ability to use kage buunshin and a lot of them should give him ample time to gather enough nature chakra. Then leave a clone in hiding to continue the process. Its definitely doable.

naruto only survived chibaku tensei because of the nine tails... in this battle its as if he doesant have it...and he had all the info on pain while jiraiya had to find out all by himself... when naruto fought againts pain, pain started with all six paths together, if jiraiya knew there was six of them then he wouldnt be attacked from the back and wouldant lose arm so stupid and would give pain a lot harder time to defeat him... and jiraiya showed a lot bigger abilities in sage mode than naruto... all naruto has in sage mode is rasen shuriken...

naruto had a massive advantage knowing all of pains moves, whereas jiraiya had to figure it all out step by step.
