Sage Naruto vs EMS Sasuke

I'm new here! Quick question, Is Sage Naruto stronger than EMS Sasuke?
Because I think even if Naruto is in Sage mode, he can own EMS Sasuke or Sasuke will just spam an infinite Amaterasu to Naruto and use Susanoo the whole battle?
