Too unfair, sasuke had too many diverse abilities and techs when he fought deidara and he had shringan and lightning element.
Naruto cant fly or glide like sasuke could with his cursed seal.
Doesnt have lightning element to diffuse bombs.
Sure he can sense C4 and Land mine, but what then? How is he going to survive the land mine if he cant diffuse the bombs, he and his summons will just get blown to bits, especially with the clay dragon also launched powerful birdlike explosions at them and naruto.
And what can Naruto do if he gets hit with C4? Being able to see or sense it doesnt mean you wont get caught with it, Sasuke saw it but Deidara still managed to catch him with it and he was forced to use chidori on himself to survive, what can naruto do to survive?
Naruto has shadow clones, but Deidara has suicide bombs, and one of those almost killed team guy.
What does Naruto do against the bomb that almost destroyed the whole of suna if it wasnt for Gaara's sand (in the desert, anywhere else and he wouldnt have stopped it).
Rasenshuriken can be dodged easy, even the slower pains were dodging it and Deva dodged it many times, even doging the one that was hidden in the shadow of another. Deidara is far away and was able to elude the close combat specialising team guy even without his arms, so there is no way rasenshuriken works here.
This guy also captured the kazekage and the sanbi on his own.
Naruto didnt really defeat Pain, first off Naruto had intel that everyone gathered for him and Katsuya was walking him throough the intel. Secondly he had ma summon the toads bosses and pa for him, saving his own chakra. He had clones already prepared to gather sage mode so prep time. Pein had already expanded a ridiculous amount of energy before that battle, like the cho shinra tensei that destroyed konoha and fighting Kakashi and three Akimichi, including Choza and Choji (clan head and clan heir).
He fought Ibiki too and many other shinobi. Betwwen the giant animal summons of animal path, Missiles and lazers of Asura, the many s class shinra tenseis and bansho tenins and so on techniques, how much chakra had pain already expanded before that battle?
Not to mention that Deva was out of commission the whole time until like the other peins had died.
Hinata and the Kyubi also helped.
And even at the end, Minato helped naruto by fixing the seal.
And PAin didnt lose, he was just defeated with talk no jutsu when naruto convinced the seventh path (nagato) to betray his comrades and side with the enemy, and sacrifice himself for them.
Deidara will pawn Naruto in a narutobase thread, but in the manga Naruto would win because of plot npo jutsu.
