Depending on the starting distance and location, the Sage Mode duo could win via Ma and Pa disrupting the Akatsuki group with

which would set Naruto up to throw Rasenshuriken, and Jiraiya to pick off whoever survives with a Cho Oodama Rasengan of his own.
Besides that, I don't see Kisame breaking out a large scale jutsu such as Water Dome early, especially with no knowledge of the other side and the fact that he will catch his teammates up in his jutsu as well. He's more likely to start off with close range combat, (or at the very least smaller scale water jutsus, like the lake he called up against Team Guy) relying on Samehada to make his enemies weaker and heal him in the event that he gets injured, which can very well lead to the Akatsuki team's downfall.
If he engages either Sage Mode user in close combat with the intent to absorb their chakra, not only will he get physically overwhelmed by the speed and strength both

have shown, but Samehada will turn to stone from absorbing too much natural energy. Kisame could very well get beaten before he realizes he needs to use his Water Dome.
As for Kakuzu, Jiraiya can match his Katons with Katons of his own, as is seen with

. He can also boost the power of his Katons even more by summoning Gamabunta to provide more oil. As for Gian, Naruto's Rasenshuriken cuts through it easily. In fact, I find it very hard to see how he does not get soloed by Rasenshuriken again, especially its bigger forms.
Hidan, on the other hand, is largely a non-factor. He is not faster than any SM user, not physically stronger, and could very well get torn to pieces from the AoE of Rasenshuriken, or get all his bones broken from Frog Katas, rendering him unable to move.
So while the Akatsuki team has its chances to win depending on quickly Kisame resorts to his Water Dome (and even then, there's possible counters to it), I feel it's more likely that the SM duo win.
