In terms of physical brute strength, Sage Naruto is stronger than Kyuubi Naruto and I can prove it right here!!!

In Sage Mode, Naruto was strong enough to throw the Nine-Tails off its feet.

When it comes to Sage Mode and Kyuubi Mode, one form has advantages that the other doesn't. In this case, Naruto in Sage Mode has more physical strength than he would in Kyuubi Mode.
