Juubidama are useless due to the Gudo Dama. Though I don't know if Naruto can actually knock it out or kill it. Maybe a repeated barrage of Bijuu Dama FRS can defeat it.

Obito negated his own Super Bijuu Dama with Gudo Dama. Naruto can do the same. So yes, he can survive it.
