Senjutsu is bad match up for Kisame.

Mist Genjutsu messes with the opponents perception: So you have mirage making fake projectile and Naruto's fake clone projectile to fool the opponents, leaving opens for real attack damage.

Im sure you can stretch out scenarios here, but Im just keeping my point simple and straight to the point.
