Cause, like Naruto's has a time limit.

And Kabuto was in it for a long time also... (though he has the chakra multiple other people, maybe that is a factor?)

kabuto never really moves around that much, so he could preserve a good amount of nature chakra at all times... hashirama is just a beast, and has some kind of story teller ability to go into the form wenever, but he still cant use it indefinitely... he was never constantly in sage mode, but his chakra reserves are vast and unkown so who knows what he is capable of...
