Good one but I would still go with Sage Mode. Naruto beat the Rinnegan with his Sage Mode.

i would say rinnegan because it took 3 sage modes plus one kyubi and one byakugan to beat the rinnegan

Ok. But we can also say it took all of that to go against 6 rinnegans or 7 if you count Nagato in the chakra chair.

if all the rinnegans all possesed the same powers than it would but its not
which each of the pains had one power one being summons another being missles and so on so thats techincaly one because nagato controlled them all

naruto fought the six paths of pain after pain had already been fighting the whole village at once for a long time. five of the paths were already somewhat weakened when the fight started (because they had been fighting everyone else), and the strongest one, deva path was completely out of commission for the first half of the battle. even then, naruto lost to pain before being saved by hinata and finally winning. it still shows that he's become insanely strong, but it doesn't mean sage mode is better than rinnegan or naruto is better than nagato.
however, sage mode easily beats curse seal. curse seal level 2 is about as strong as naruto's one through three tail biju cloak imo.

Remember that Naruto had an advantage: Pain had already exhausted lots of chakra, and his Shinra Tensei was in cooldown when the 4 Paths were defeated. I think it would be REALY difficult to beat Pain with Shinra Tensei from the beginning.

The curse sealing that Orochimaru uses (which is the assumed curse seal we're talking about) has you leeching off the powers of the person who gave it to you, while that person remains in some type of control over you. You're leeching of a limited source of power and under the influence of the person who cast it.
With Sage Mode you are in harmony with the nature around you are borrowing that power, which if mastered, has no reprocussions unlike the curse seal. You also gain an unlimited amount of power (or you're at least limited to the amount of power that the earth and nature can give you but it is safe to say that the earth and nature has far more chakra then Orochimaru or any human existence).

Aren't you guys overestimating the Cursed Seal? I've only seen it used by not so good Ninja (Except Kimimaro) like those 4 guys who were protecting Sasuke. Remember that both Sage and Cursed S. users have similar experience/skills/strenght/speed and so on.
